Where we ship

We ship worldwide to the countries shown at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll advise alternatives.

Processing times

  • In-stock items: We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 21:00 PST are prioritized for same-day hand-off when possible.

  • Pre-orders / backorders: Your order will ship when the item becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may ship together when all items are ready (you can request a split shipment). We’ll share the best available ETA via email. 

Shipping options & estimates

Shipping speeds and prices are shown at checkout and depend on destination, method, and item availability. Typical carrier estimates (business days, not guaranteed):

  • Standard: 7–21 business days (tracking when available)

  • Express: 3–7 business days with tracking
    Transit times are carrier estimates and aren’t guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or customs inspections.

Addresses we can’t ship to

We cannot deliver to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses due to premium express courier requirements. Please provide a physical street address.

Duties, taxes & import fees

Orders shipped may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees charged by your local customs or the carrier prior to delivery. For US orders, a notice on our site reminds customers that duties & taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse. Express shipments include tracking. Standard shipments include tracking when available from the carrier.

Delivery issues & address changes

  • Wrong/incomplete address: Contact us immediately to amend before dispatch. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, we can reship to the corrected address; additional postage may apply.

  • Undeliverable/refused parcels: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, lost or “delivered but not received”

  • Damaged on arrival: Report within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.

  • Marked “delivered” / not received, or lost in transit: Contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Split shipments

At our discretion—or upon request—we may split shipments so available items arrive sooner; additional shipping charges may apply depending on method and region.

Holiday & peak season

During peak periods or unforeseen carrier disruptions, processing and transit times may extend beyond normal estimates. We’ll communicate major delays via site banners or email.
