At Planck, we’re committed to creating high-quality storage devices that enhances your workflow. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from planckgear.com, our policies below outline the return and refund process, as well as our product warranty.
Standard Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Planck purchase. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are only accepted for regular-priced items. All discounted sales are final, including those made with discount codes or during promotional periods.

Returns cannot be made with the intention of repurchasing under a different promotion.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all components (e.g., USB-C Extensions, carrying cases, etc.).

There must be no scratches or signs of damage on any part of the product.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, along with any original shipping cost (if applicable).
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to fully process. If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider or PayPal, as it may take additional time to reflect.

Third-Party Purchases
Our return policy applies only to purchases made on planckgear.com. If you purchased your product through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for returns, exchanges, or support.

Planck Warranty
We proudly stand behind our products. Planck offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
